VGH Bayern: BayLDA rightly prohibits the use of Facebook Custom Audience

In 2017, the Bavarian Authority for Data Protection for the private sector (BayLDA) prohibited an online shop from using "Facebook Custom Audience". Now the Bavarian Administrative Court also confirms the opinion of the BayLDA and decides that the order of the BayLDA is lawful.
